JAIPUR a city of beautiful Forts.

This post is all about my  first destination  in Jaipur city.

AMER FORT.

AMER FORT

Amer fort is located in Amer, which is a city 11 km from Jaipur.

Amer fort is the principal tourists attraction in Jaipur. This fort gives a very close view of India’s Royal past. It was built by ‘RAJA SHRI MAN SINGH JI SAHIB’.

The beauty of Amer fort cannot be described in words. It has various beautiful parts such as

Sheesh mahal is the most famous and beautiful part of Amer fort. The walls and ceilings are very beautifully carved with flowers and paintings and is made with pure glass. And one amazing thing our guide showed us that if someone burns two candles, then the reflection converts that small light into thousand of stars when you look at the top of the roof.

Mughal garden which is also known as kesar kyaari is another beautiful part of Amer fort.  This garden has star shaped flower beds in which the king used to plant saffron plants. But now there is no saffron plant as the climate does not support.

Not only these parts ,the whole of Amer fort is worth of being explored and adored.

And the last but not the least is the LIGHT AND  SOUND SHOW in evening which tells the history of this fort and the king and queens with the help of astonishing laser lights.

 This place is a must visit place in jaipur.
